Parts Technician - CJ Equipment Sales and Service C.J. Equipment Sales & Service is looking for a Parts Technician to join our team in Timmins, Ontario. We are seeking a motivated, organized individual who enjoys working with customers, technicians, and suppliers in a fast-paced equipment service environment.

Key Responsibilities: Assist customers and technicians with identifying and sourcing parts
Identify parts using parts manuals, diagrams, electronic catalogues, and manufacturer resources
Prepare and process parts orders, invoices, and purchase orders
Receive, inspect, label, and organize incoming parts
Maintain accurate parts inventory and assist with inventory counts
Order parts from suppliers and follow up on backorders and deliveries
Provide parts pricing and availability information to customers
Coordinate parts requirements with the service department
Maintain an organized and clean parts department
Assist with warranty parts and returns when required
Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and team members
Perform other parts-related duties as required
Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in a parts department, automotive, heavy equipment, truck and coach,



or related industry is an asset
Knowledge of heavy equipment, truck, automotive, or industrial parts is an asset
Strong customer service and communication skills
Good computer skills and ability to learn parts and inventory software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to accurately identify parts and equipment components
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Valid driver's licence is an asset
Mechanical knowledge or experience is considered an asset
