Empower young individuals as a Residential Youth Worker with YouthLink in Scarborough. Focus on providing high-quality care and support in a live-in treatment setting.

In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Youth Transitional Housing and Shelter Program. You will help residents with daily routines, develop individualized treatment plans, and create positive learning experiences. Candidates should bring a commitment to equity and experience with at-risk youth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide supervision and direct care for youth residents
• Support residents in daily activities and appointments
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records
• Facilitate a secure and welcoming living environment
• Collaborate with external service providers and families

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in child and youth work or related field
• Experience with youth in residential settings preferred
• First Aid/CPR and CPI certifications advantageous
• Understanding of issues facing homeless youth
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
