IRIS Midland is looking for a full-time receptionist/admin person. This role will evolve with computer and administrative duties, pre-test and sales. Strong sales background and computer skills is an asset. We will be expanding our exam lanes into 2027 and are ready to add another team member to prepare for this growth. Candidates can forward their resume directly to our store manager Lisa Beaudoin.

This role will involve 1-2 afternoon shifts as well as 1-2 Saturdays shifts a month. We offer competitive advantages and pension, sales spiffs and the IRIS culture of respect, honesty and passion.

Willingness to deliver excellent patient care utilizing the training we will give you

Ability to be organized and complete tasks on time

Booking appointments and invoicing, direct billing for patients

Conducting pre-test and special tests

Complete necessary administration
