The role partners with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, support system integration (ERP/IBP), and enable efficient, scalable ways of working.The role contributes to process design and transformation initiatives, leveraging business process expertise to support integrated and efficient solutions across the organization. Reporting to the Business Process Owner (BPO), the BPA actively supports defining and delivering the process roadmap for the department and/or function.The BPA provides the analytical and documentation engine behind the BPO’s process design work.
