The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Recruiter who’s ready to dive into one of Canada’s fastest-growing sectors. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in sourcing and placing top-tier professionals with our trusted clients across North America. You’ll be responsible for owning full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the candidate recruitment process through to offer acceptance. This is a candidate-facing role, so strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.

What You’ll Do

Source and recruit construction professionals using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outbound strategies

Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across various construction functions

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and candidate updates

Conduct intake calls and work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements





Track and report key performance metrics (submissions, interviews, placements)

Maintain accurate records in our ATS and CRM systems

Stay informed on industry trends and construction talent market shifts

What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of experience in a quick-paced, metric-driven recruitment, sales, or agency environment

Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with clients and candidates

Driven, Self-starter mindset with strong time management and organizational skills

Demonstrated success working with KPIs and deadlines

Experience with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS/CRM systems

Previous experience hiring or working in construction is a strong asset
