The selected candidate will need a Master’s degree in counselling psychology, with a strong focus on behavior disorders. Your role will include building partnerships with teachers and families, enhancing student learning through collaborative plans and trauma-informed practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments and screening
• Develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans for students
• Facilitate teacher workshops on mental health literacy




• Collaborate with educational teams for holistic student support
• Guide students through transitions and personal development

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in counselling or related discipline
• Familiarity with the Ministry of Education’s guidelines
• Proven experience with RTI Framework for social/emotional learning
• Ability to utilize Universal Design for Learning
• Strong dedication to skilled growth in counseling
