We are expanding our team and looking for an Accounting Assistant with at least three years of Canadian business accounting experience. This pivotal role will assist primarily with Accounts Payable while also engaging with other financial operations including reconciliation and vendor communication. Your work will support both the Controller and purchasing department closely.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process timely Accounts Payable transactions efficiently
• Liaise with vendors for issue resolution and communications




• Ensure payments are processed on time with discounts
• Handle bank and credit card reconciliations precisely
• Review and reconcile financial statements and purchase orders

Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
• Familiar with ERP systems for efficiency
• High attention to detail in financial data
• Excellent communication skills for teamwork
