Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager for our Uptown office in Victoria, BC. This role leads a team-oriented sales team, promotes insurance products, and delivers exceptional client service to grow the branch business.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in the industry, holds a Level 2 broker license, and may possess CAIB/CIP and a post-secondary degree. Compensation is hourly; benefits and growth opportunities are available.
