Role Overview
The Senior Solution Architect - CRM will lead the designofa large-scale CRM and enterprise solution architecture while advising on targetsolution Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). The role ensures business requirementsare met while aligning with enterprise standards, policies, servicespecifications, cost models, and industry best practices.

This position provides leadership in solution architecture,application evaluation, integration strategy, and implementation of end-to-endMicrosoft Dynamics 365 solutions within a cloud-based enterprise workplace.The successful candidate will design scalable, secure, and efficient solutionsthat support business programs and enterprise services.

As a senior technical authority, the incumbent will lead themodernization of complex data and application environments, bridging enterprisedatabases, integration platforms, and cloud-native solutions. Working acrosshybrid environments, the role provides hands-on technical leadership insolution architecture, data architecture, integration design, and cybersecuritywhile driving strategic transformation initiatives.

The role will also provide technical system and dataarchitecture expertise, undertake architecture assessments and reviews, supportenterprise data needs, and provide guidance on technical architecture policies,standards, processes, controls, and solution cost estimation.

Key Responsibilities

Leadthe design of enterprise CRM solution ecosystems and data models thatalign with enterprise standards, security requirements, integrationframeworks, and best practices.

Engagewith business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, developsolution architectures, provide cost estimates, support governanceapprovals, and facilitate solution acceptance.

Assessthe impact of emerging technologies and services on the existingtechnology landscape and provide modernization recommendations.

Providestrategic architecture leadership and advisory services throughout theproject lifecycle.

Designscalable, secure, and maintainable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerPlatform solutions.

Establisharchitecture standards, reusable design patterns, technology roadmaps, andsolution governance processes.

Leadarchitecture reviews and provide technical mentorship and guidance todelivery teams.

Developarchitecture documentation, standards, roadmaps, and executive briefingmaterials.

Must Have

Demonstratedexperience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture, includingdesign, implementation, customization, and governance of enterprise-wideplatforms.

Demonstratedexperience designing and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions,including Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and BusinessProcess Flows.

Experiencearchitecting and implementing Azure-based enterprise solutions, includingAzure Integration Services, App Services, Functions, API Management, andcloud-native components.

Demonstratedexperience designing Enterprise Integration Architectures and implementingscalable integration patterns across multiple business systems andplatforms.
