As a Senior Recruiter, your mission at Valence will be to own the recruitment lifecycle from role definition to candidate closure. This pivotal position requires extensive experience in fast-paced environments, particularly within AI or B2B SaaS companies. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to set hiring priorities, define role expectations, and improve recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruiting for diverse roles in GTM and technical fields
