Sunnybrook Childcare Centre, a non-profit institution, is looking for a Creche Aide with a minimum of two years’ experience in child care. This role includes supporting early years learning based on recognized educational frameworks and effectively managing children’s behavior in a productive manner.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support and implement early years learning effectively
• Create a nurturing atmosphere for children’s growth
• Use positive reinforcement for behavioral management
• Keep the educational environment organized and safe
• Assist teachers in daily routines and activities

Requirements:
• Two years’ experience as an Assistant or RECE
• Up-to-date knowledge of CCEYA and AQI
• Excellent planning and communication skills
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• Clear and current Vulnerable Sector Check
