You will lead the long-term care operations, ensuring secure, compassionate, culturally sensitive care in a homelike setting. You will coordinate with Optima Living as the managing partner and report to the Regional Director.
The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, regulatory knowledge, and cross-cultural sensitivity to serve diverse residents and families.
