About Us
Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a ClaimCenter / Mitchell Integration Technical Expert for a 12-month contract opportunity supporting a major insurance organization. This role will provide technical expertise in the integration of Mitchell with Guidewire ClaimCenter, with a focus on developing an appropriate solution for cloud compliance and supporting the implementation of that solution.

Position Summary
The successful candidate will serve as a technical expert supporting the ClaimCenter delivery team with the Mitchell integration within Guidewire ClaimCenter. The organization is currently using an on-premises Mitchell accelerator with ClaimCenter Cloud, which is not cloud compliant. The available cloud-compliant accelerator does not fully support all business use cases.

The resource will help assess the available options and determine the appropriate technical approach, which may include implementing and modifying the recent accelerator or developing a custom solution. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance throughout solution design, build, and implementation while working closely with Business Systems Analysts, Developers, and the broader ClaimCenter delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise on Mitchell integration with Guidewire ClaimCenter





Assess existing Mitchell integration capabilities and identify gaps against business requirements

Evaluate options for implementing and modifying the cloud-compliant Mitchell accelerator

Provide technical recommendations regarding accelerator modifications versus custom integration approaches

Support solution architecture and technical design for the selected approach

Provide hands-on technical guidance during development, configuration, integration, and implementation

Work closely with ClaimCenter Business Systems Analysts and Developers to support successful delivery

Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide technical direction to the delivery team

Support the team through implementation and stabilization of the Mitchell solution

Ensure the proposed solution aligns with ClaimCenter Cloud requirements and applicable business use cases

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter

Demonstrated hands-on experience integrating Mitchell with ClaimCenter

Strong understanding of Mitchell integration and accelerator solutions within ClaimCenter

Experience assessing and resolving technical challenges related to Mitchell integrations

Experience designing or implementing solutions involving Mitchell accelerators, including modifications or custom approaches





Strong technical solution-design and problem-solving capabilities

Experience providing technical guidance to ClaimCenter development and BSA teams

Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into integration solutions

Strong troubleshooting and implementation experience

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with ClaimCenter Cloud and cloud-compliance considerations

Experience transitioning or modernizing on-premises ClaimCenter integrations for cloud environments

Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation and integration projects in the insurance industry

Experience working as a technical lead or subject-matter expert on ClaimCenter integrations

Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and related systems

Compensation
Salary Range: $90.00 - $110.00 / hour
