• Determine indemnity coverage for claims

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LLB; good standing required
• Minimum of five years' experience in litigation
• Strong communication and judgment skills
• Superior writing and advocacy abilities
• Familiarity with corporate litigation or taxation preferred
