The Division of Geriatric Psychiatry seeks a full-time or two part-time Psychiatrists to enhance mental health services at the Senior’s Outpatient Clinic and the Esquimalt Westshore Health Unit. Opportunities for Telehealth consultations to other island communities exist, as well as participation in call rotation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support medical education and research as part of your role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outpatient psychiatric consultations for seniors
• Engage with Long Term Care Facilities for mental health support




• Participate in Geriatric Psychiatry call duties
• Support interdisciplinary team collaboration
• Assist in training medical students and residents

Requirements:
• Must have experience in geriatric psychiatry
• Interest in clinical research and medical education
• Solid teamwork and leadership capabilities
• Available for Telehealth consultations
• Commitment to departmental meetings and collaboration
