Our client is looking for a seasoned Senior Scrum Master with over eight years of experience in Agile project delivery. In this role, you will lead Agile ceremonies for three Scrum teams and two Kanban teams, focusing on delivering operational predictability and enhancing team performance. Work closely with stakeholders to eliminate blockers and improve Lean-Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Direct all Agile ceremonies and team activities
• Proactively manage inter-team dependencies and risks
• Coach teams in Agile and Lean methodologies
• Monitor and enhance delivery metrics for efficiency
• Provide transparent reporting to leadership

Requirements:
• 8+ years of Agile delivery experience
• 5+ years as a Scrum Master for multiple teams
• Background in cloud platforms and DevOps
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Active Agile certifications preferred
