Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective budget and financial oversight
• Develop and manage HR processes and staff interactions




• Oversee compliance and regulatory requirements
• Manage operational systems and direct program delivery
• Enhance organizational frameworks for successful outcomes

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent experience
• Minimum seven years in relevant administrative roles
• In-depth knowledge of university operations
• Solid analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to build relationships within diverse communities
