Your Responsibilities





You'​ll lead end-to-end analytics and reporting initiatives, enhancing data models and delivering actionable business insights

You'​ll translate strategic questions into analyses that uncover trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers

In this role, you'll develop executive-ready presentations and reporting materials that communicate clear recommendations and business impacts

You'​ll oversee dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, and other platforms to support operational and strategic decision-making

You'​ll act as the primary analytics partner to business leaders, helping prioritize requests and shape business perspectives

You'​ll establish best practices for data quality, governance, and reporting processes while partnering with technology teams to improve scalability and automation

You'​ll mentor stakeholders and analysts, supporting stronger insight generation and reporting adoption across the organization

Skills and Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business insights, reporting, or related functions within a financial services environment

University degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline

Advanced proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Excel, experience with SAS, R,



and/or Python is considered a strong asset

Demonstrated success translating complex data into strategic recommendations and executive-level presentations

Experience working with large, complex datasets, reporting frameworks, and data models

Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management capabilities

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership
