Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor patients’ health and recovery progress
• Collaborate with RNs on treatment and care strategies
• Provide education to patients and their families
• Document care and patient interactions promptly




• Participate in ongoing nursing education and training

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Practical Nursing Diploma from an accredited program
• Previous experience in surgical or geriatric care is an asset
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Solid organizational and communication skills needed
