In this dynamic position, you'll leverage the High Fidelity WrapAround Service to create individualized support for families led by pregnant and parenting youth. You will directly contribute to building secure relationships and improving outcomes for mothers and their infants. Engage with community programs to ensure holistic support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide families through customized support plans
• Facilitate parenting and attachment-focused education sessions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care
• Advocate for clients across various support systems
• Monitor progress and adapt strategies for success

Requirements:
• Degree in Child and Youth Care or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in family support and case management
• Robust leadership and advocacy skills
• Knowledge in infant and early childhood mental health
• Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification required
