This temporary role is available for 12 weeks and offers part time shifts, operating from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Sunday. You will ensure compliance with company standards, engage with customers, and provide quality service. A proactive approach to customer interactions and safety practices will be key.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver and pick-up packages safely and efficiently
• Verify package integrity and report discrepancies
• Comply with tour planning and security procedures
• Utilize tracking systems for accurate information entry
• Educate customers on service offerings and requirements

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Preferred customer service experience of 1 year
• Valid Full G driver's license essential
• Bilingualism preferred for Quebec residents
• Flexibility in working various shifts is required
