Hours of Work: Variable - Monday through Sunday, days and evenings-3-4 shifts per week – based on weather demands

We are currently seeking outgoing, customer-focused team members to help us turn everyday visits into wonderful winter memories.
We are currently seeking Plow Truck Operators for the 2026/27 Winter Season to operate Brimacombe's plow truck on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities: Responsible for snow removal on, and the general care and maintenance of all Brimacombe Parking areas, access roads, paths and throughways
Change operational time signage in each parking lot daily or as required
Maintain lines of communication with the General Manager, Outdoor OperationsManager, Department Manager, Snowmaking Team Leads and co-workers regarding hill conditions, facility/run/lift closures, special events, etc.
Perform daily inspections on vehicles,



on-snow vehicles and/or other pieces of equipment or methods of supplied transportation being utilized and provide accurate and legible inspection log sheet(s)
Report daily facility opening and closings and all terrain conditions to the Ontario Snow Resorts Association web page
Maintainparking lot bollard positions, signs andemptyinggarbage containers
Maintain awareness andpractice safe operational procedures and limitations of all related equipment
Assist mobile equipmentmechanic and/or maintenancedepartment
Maintain and complete, accurate and legible documentations of all required logs and journals that may be required of your position
Charlie-Tango-Alpha-Foxtrot – using radios for communication
Qualifications: Previous experience operating a Plow Truck and Tractor, preferred
Valid Driver's license
Willing and able to work in all weather conditions
Basic knowledge and comfort with computers and tablets
Strong communication and time management skills
25 years of age or older
Able to work with varying start times depending upon weather
