As a Key Holder/Sales Advisor at our Bayshore store, you will support the store leadership team in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence. Acting as a leader on the sales floor, you will help motivate the team, oversee daily store.
operations, and ensure a luxury shopping experience for every client. Key Holders are responsible for opening and closing the store, managing cash and inventory procedures, and serving as a trusted resource for both clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting client relationships
Support the achievement of sales and performance goals
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Help coach and motivate team members on the sales floor
Ensure store presentation standards are maintained
Support inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention initiatives
Act as a leader in the absence of store management
Achieve or exceed sales targets continuously




This role is ideal for a customer-focused retail professional with leadership experience and a passion for luxury retail.
Our ideal candidate has… Has 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury, jewelry, fashion, watches, or a premium customer service environment.
Consistently achieves or exceeds individual sales targets and KPIs.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills and can confidently lead the team in the absence of management.
Is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and building long-term client relationships.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
