Become a pivotal member of the Brightshores team as a Registered Practical Nurse focused on Mental Health Services in Owen Sound and Southampton. This full time, temporary position empowers you to implement Recovery Principles for clients facing severe mental health issues.

As you provide critical support, your duties will include working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Engage directly with clients and their families, utilizing your proficiency in psycho/social assessments and case management. This role demands travel throughout Grey and Bruce Counties to effectively deliver diverse programs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized mental health care plans
• Conduct psycho/social assessments and support services




• Collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
• Coordinate care across multiple locations and providers
• Engage with clients and families to promote understanding

Requirements:
• Must be registered with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Two years of experience in outpatient mental health
• Knowledgeable about the Mental Health Act and DSM-V
• Must possess a valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License
• Capability to work all shifts to meet client needs
