What you will be doing! Participating in the assessment of training needs based on the Systematic Approach to Training.
Assisting the Training Consultant in developing comprehensive training needs analysis to determine the needs of a broad range of customers, providing versatile, creative solutions in technical and non-technical training areas.
Collaborating with a Training Consultant to troubleshoot, identify, and recommend solutions for compliance and regulatory training programs by evaluating performance issues and making recommendations using SAT.
Assisting with training progra m evaluations to continuously improve CNL training.
Participating in the planning, organizing and designing of training events.




Assisting the Training Consultant in monitoring assigned training requirements and maintaining existing training documentation and materials.
Implementing potential improvements to materials and processes in order to maintain industry standards to ensure training programs are comprehensive and auditable.
Responding to situations in accordance with established processes to mitigate further potential issues.
Participating in evaluation and identification of industry bes t practices and benchmarks.
Under the guidance of the Training Consultant, plan, facilitate and lead team and client meetings using a variety of human performance techniques to resolve training issues that affect organizational effectiveness.
Performing research such as industry benchmarking, OPEX, training standards, and training best practices, etc., to enable appropriate client training solutions.
Assisting with instructor performance reviews and collaboratively recommending improvements to instructors’ presentation methods and techniques.
Other duties as assigned by your manager.
