CFOC-DOC seeks a dedicated individual to support diverse patrons experiencing homelessness, utilizing a person-centered and trauma-informed approach. Your experience in providing outreach and assistance will help ensure the well-being of those in challenging circumstances. Flexibility for rotating shift work is required for this impactful position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate completion of shelter logs and records
• Provide essential hygiene assistance and upkeep of facilities
• Participate in daily team discussions for effective operations




• Promote a safe and supportive workplace for patrons
• Guide individuals in navigating services and conflict

Requirements:
• Completion of education in a health-related discipline
• At least 6 months of relevant experience
• Knowledge of harm reduction practices
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
