Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cardiology Doctor role based in Warsaw. The cardiologist will conduct outpatient and inpatient consultations, perform detailed cardiovascular assessments, and interpret diagnostic tests such as ECGs, echocardiograms, stress tests, and relevant imaging. Daily responsibilities include developing and updating treatment plans, managing acute and chronic cardiac conditions, coordinating care with other medical specialties, and ensuring accurate documentation in medical records.

The role involves participation in ward rounds, case reviews, and multidisciplinary meetings, as well as oversight of follow-up care, medication management, and patient education on lifestyle modification and disease prevention.



The cardiologist is also expected to contribute to clinical protocols, support junior staff through mentorship, and adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Completed medical degree (MD or equivalent) and recognized specialization in cardiology.
- Valid medical license to practice and eligibility to work as a cardiologist in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and managing a broad range of cardiovascular diseases, including acute coronary syndromes, heart failure, arrhythmias, and hypertension.
- Experience interpreting cardiology diagnostics (ECG, echocardiography, stress testing, cardiac imaging) and integrating results into treatment plans.
- Strong clinical decision-making skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a clear and respectful manner.
- Ability to work in a high-paced clinical environment, manage multiple cases, and prioritize care needs appropriately.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development, quality improvement, and adherence to ethical standards.
- Experience in hospital-based cardiology, including inpatient and outpatient settings, is highly desirable.
- Working proficiency in local language(s) and English to ensure safe and effective communication is an advantage.
