Key Responsibilities

- Supporter l’équipe Personnes & Organisation (P&O;) dans les programmes de développement tels que : l’accueil des nouveaux employés, journée d’accueil, rencontres individuelles, etc.
- Supporter l’équipe P&O; dans les projets spéciaux et autres (par exemple : certification Great Place to Work).
- Assister les partenaires d’affaires RH dans la gestion quotidienne des dossiers d’employés.
- Participer à la transformation et l’optimisation de nos activités quotidiennes.

Essential Requirements

- Être étudiant en ressources humaines ou administration concentration ressources humaines.
- Excellent dossier académique.
- Solides habilités de rédaction.
- Sens de l'organisation, du souci du détail/rigueur et du travail bien fait.
- Être autonome et orienté vers les résultats.
- Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Outlook, Word et Excel).
- Confort et rapidité d’apprentissage avec différents outils et systèmes informatiques.
- La maîtrise du français à l’oral comme à l’écrit est obligatoire.
- En vertu de la nature de nos opérations, une connaissance de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, est requise pour des communications ponctuelles avec les clients,



les partenaires et/ou les collègues, que ce soit au Canada ou à l'international.
