Join MLSE as the Event Security Team Supervisor, driving safety and security for major sports and entertainment events. Use your leadership skills to ensure a secure environment for all attendees.

This pivotal role within the Security Services team requires supervising the Event Day Guard team to uphold safety standards across MLSE venues, including high-stakes games and concerts. With a strong emphasis on effective communication and crowd management, you will ensure all policies are adhered to while promoting a collaborative and positive atmosphere among staff and fans.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead coaching and training initiatives for security staff
• Manage crowd behavior to ensure fan safety
• Communicate with all stakeholders effectively




• Ensure compliance with event security protocols
• Prepare for and report on incident management

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Valid Security License (Bill C-159) mandatory
• Certification in Smart Serve within last 4 years
• Robust relationship-building capabilities
• Experience in a sports or entertainment setting is desirable
