Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute program scheduling and promotion
• Coordinate participant logistics and class setups
• Track program statistics and outcomes for reporting




• Manage daily administrative office responsibilities
• Support clinical processes during patient interactions

Requirements:
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in human services
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Background in health care or social services preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Ability to empathize and understand client needs
