Key Responsibilities:
• Handle renewals and endorsements through the Broker Management System
• Keep client files updated and compliant with guidelines
• Submit queries and organize market responses for recent business
• Notify Advisors about account issues effectively




• Offer support to the team when Advisors are unavailable

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in the insurance sector, preferably Commercial
• Experience with Epic or comparable insurance software
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office products
• Must hold a valid Manitoba Driver’s License
• Comprehensive understanding of insurance markets and procedures
