Take charge as a Fleet Driver Supervisor in a full time, permanent role dedicated to enhancing driver operations and culture. Focus on safety, performance, and compliance across locations.

As a key member reporting to the VP of Operations, your leadership will guide drivers by developing accountability and safety standards. This role requires active involvement in daily operations, performance reviews, and resolution of driver-related issues. Build strong relationships and drive improvements in delivery service through effective supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead daily driver operations and ensure timely route completion
• Coach and support drivers to enhance performance and safety
• Conduct frequent check-ins and ride-alongs for accountability




• Address driver concerns effectively and efficiently
• Monitor and improve driver attendance and productivity

Requirements:
• College diploma or similar experience preferred
• AZ license and experience with roll-off trucks required
• 2+ years leading drivers or field teams
• Strong understanding of transport regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
