In this position, reporting to the Vice President, you will work closely with various business units to provide legal support on compliance, M&A;, and other strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, adaptable, and has demonstrated experience in transactional law within a dynamic context.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer legal guidance on utility scale projects
• Assist with M&A; and corporate transactions
• Collaborate across finance, operations, and tax departments
• Manage project compliance and governance matters
• Develop strong relationships with external stakeholders

Requirements:
• Member of Quebec or Ontario Bar with 3-5 years' experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in organizing and prioritizing tasks
• Cooperative approach within teams
• Relevant experience in renewable energy a plus
