CPE-BC Flocons de rêves is located at Saint-Maurice, QC. The company is actively seeking applicants for the role of Administrative assistant. The applicant should be a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills. The selected candidate will be expected to join and start the work at the earliest. It will be a Permanent employment or Full time job. The candidate must work on the day shift.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the HR department’s activities to ensure that they meet the organization’s goals.

The candidate must plan and control budgets and expenditures.

The candidate must develop and implement policies and procedures.

The candidate must manage contracts.

The candidate must answer the phone and relay phone calls and messages.

The candidate must compile data, statistics, and other information.

The candidate must respond to employee inquiries and complaints.

The candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll administration.

The candidate must greet people and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.

The candidate must perform data entry tasks.

The candidate must provide excellent customer service.

The candidate must maintain and manage digital database.

The candidate will be responsible for performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in French language.

The candidate must have a College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.

The candidate must be able to multitask.

The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills.





The candidate should be organized and versatile in nature.

The candidate should have good judgemental skills.

The candidate should be a good team player.

The candidate should be accurate.The candidate should be client focused.

The candidate should be reliable.

The candidate must have excellent time management skills.

The candidate must be adaptable.

Work setting

The work setting encompasses both the education sector and government administration.

The candidate should work in associations and non-profit organizations, a legal entity organized and operated for a collective, public or social benefit.

Computer and technology knowledge

The candidate must be knowledgeable about Google Docs,MS Excel,MS PowerPoint,MS Windows,MS Word,Electronic scheduler,Accounting software,Human resources software,MS Office,Adobe Acrobat Reader, Google Drive and Electronic mail.

Security and safety

The candidate should be subjected to a thorough vulnerable sector check.
