Become a vital part of Mint Green Group’s HR team as a Human Resources Generalist in Montreal. Enhance employee lifecycle management and ensure safety compliance within warehouses.

This role involves supporting operational HR functions under the Director of Human Resources, primarily at our distribution centers in Dorval and Pointe-Claire. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of HR experience in a fast-paced setting, are well-versed in health and safety legislation, and can engage and support employees effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary HR contact for distribution center employees
• Conduct recruitment and coordinate onboarding for new staff
• Manage Health & Safety compliance and initiatives




• Facilitate training programs and track certification records
• Handle workers’ compensation processes and documentation

Requirements:
• 1 to 3 years of HR experience in distribution
• Familiarity with Quebec health & safety regulations
• Degree in HR, Occupational Health & Safety, or related
• Excellent interpersonal and judgment skills
• Additional fluency in Filipino is advantageous
