Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations for guest experiences
• Participate in critical decision-making for the spa
• Ensure high standards for cleanliness and guest satisfaction

• Complete operational reports and monitor feedback

Requirements:
• Diploma in hospitality or related field is beneficial
• Five years of experience in wellness or hospitality
• Three years in a supervisory role
• Robust organizational and leadership skills
• Familiarity with CRM and hospitality software
