Must Have: 3–5 years of experience s upporting and maintaining IT infrastructure in an operational environment.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server or other server infrastructure , including routine administration, troubleshooting and maintenance.
Experience supporting Microsoft environment s, including Microsoft 365, user administration and access management.
Exposure to Cisco network infrastructure and Palo Alto network security infrastructure in an operational workplace.
Experience managing user access, permissions, onboarding/offboarding and shared resources.
A practical troubleshooting approach and the ability to work across different areas of infrastructure support, knowing when to resolve an issue independently and when to upscale.
Experience working in Energy, Pipeline or regulated enterprise environment.
Nice to Have Experience with Cisco network infrastructure.
Experience with Palo Alto network security technologies.
Experience with OneDrive and Microsoft 365 administration.
Experience with Windows Server builds and administration.
Experience with data backup, restoration and recovery.
Experience supporting Vista or similar business applications.
Experience with infrastructure-related audit controls, access reviews or compliance requirements.
Experience maintaining technical documentation, procedures or operational runbooks.

Assist with access reviews, audit controls and requests for infrastructure or access-related evidence.
