As the Assistant Manager you will closely with the Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in medical aesthetics, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client care.

This role requires a unique blend of a medical aesthetics background,leadership and interpersonal skills to ensure the smooth running of the clinic while upholding client care.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with overseeing daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality client care





Ensure team members adhere to clinic policies and procedure

Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming to clients

Identify and address staff training needs to maintain high standards of care and service

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Client Care :

Ensure all clients receive high-quality care and personalized attention

Oversee client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
