Weir ESCO is looking for a Safety and Environment Lead to champion HSE standards at our Lively facility in Ontario. Drive the implementation and improvement of safety initiatives across multiple sites.

As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for keeping our operations aligned with safety regulations and promoting a culture of Zero Harm across all levels. Engage with stakeholders to cultivate safety behaviors and improve compliance with health and environmental legislation. Your role will be essential in building and sustaining a robust safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy and refine Weir's HSE strategy regionally
• Influence leaders to strengthen safety accountability




• Lead compliance assessments and incident investigations
• Foster employee engagement in safety initiatives
• Prepare and communicate performance reports

Requirements:
• Proven experience in occupational health and safety
• Robust grasp of risk management principles
• Ability to coach and build relationships effectively
• Background in ISO standards and management systems
• Bilingual (English/French) is beneficial
