This full-time role reports to the IT Manager and emphasizes hands-on application support, including resolving issues with Yardi, Salesforce, and other corporate applications. You will also contribute to improving system efficiencies and troubleshooting general IT support queries, including hardware and software setup. Candidates must have a strong customer service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist users with Yardi and Salesforce inquiries
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 and Azure applications




• Troubleshoot network and hardware issues effectively
• Manage onboarding and offboarding equipment and access
• Keep technical documentation updated and clear

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in IT or application support
• Hands-on experience with Yardi/Salesforce preferred
• Robust understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Experience with technical troubleshooting of devices
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
