Role: We are seeking a Technical Trainer to support the skill development of our production teams. The job incumbent will be responsible for preparing and delivering clear, structured, and adapted training content to meet the operational needs of the of production departments. Working closely with various internal teams, the Technical Trainer will be responsible for anticipating changes, gathering information, and adapting the content of the technical training program to ensure our employees are equipped with a high level of understanding of our processes and able to apply their learning to their role. Main Responsibilities: Design, update,



and deliver technical training to technical and production employees; Analyze and anticipate learning needs and propose training curriculums; Lead training sessions, clearly and concisely explaining technical instructions, work procedures, quality standards, and health and safety procedures; Collaborate closely with internal departments such as production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to identify training needs; Adapt trainingcontent to meet operational, production, and compliance needs; Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training and ensure continuity of internal knowledge and expertise; Document and develop training tools (presentations, guides, videos, practical sheets) and ensure their regular update; Supervise current employees during their integration and evaluate their technical skills (practical and theoretical); Prepare, administer, and grade exams and assignments to assess employee progress; Contribute to the continuous improvement of the internal technical training processes; Participate ininternal and external audits.
