You will work in a collaborative team environment, assist in budgeting and market insight, and help identify new agronomy consulting opportunities. Your input will drive operational management and support innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert advice and outstanding agronomic support
• Meet annual business goals and explore consulting avenues




• Develop and execute innovative agronomy programs
• Guide and support team members and staff
• Collaborate with suppliers to promote new products

Requirements:
• Maintain professional designation (P. Ag or CCA)
• Agricultural degree/diploma or equivalent experience
• Preferably 2-3 years in a sales agronomy role
• Previous management experience is a plus
• Robust communication, organization, and Microsoft Office skills
