As the YMCA Director overseeing Aquatics and CYF programs, you will actively contribute to the development and execution of safety-driven, engaging programs for community members. Your responsibilities include managing budgets, providing staff training, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage comprehensive Aquatic programming and classes
• Lead and support youth programs consistent with YMCA standards




• Develop and maintain department budgets and resource purchasing
• Hire, train, and supervise program staff and volunteers
• Conduct safety audits and implement necessary corrective actions

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Relevant certifications including Lifeguarding and Aquatic Instructor
• Strong leadership and time management skills
