Description de l'emploi : Vous avez une expérience en gestion de risques et de performance d’entreprise, vous avez travaillé dans un bureau de projet et vous souhaitez évoluer et développer de nouvelles compétences? Ce poste est pour vous ! Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un.e gestionnaire de projet en gestion de risque et de performance pour rejoindre notre équipe du Centre de compétence en gestion de projet basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous travaillerez conjointement avec des représentants des différentes fonctions de l’organisation ainsi que nos collègues de l’équipe centrale Avion Commercial basée à Toulouse. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe du Centre de compétence en gestion de projet qui est responsable d’établir les procédures en gestion de projet et mettre à disposition les outils, gabarits et méthodologies nécessaires pour une bonne gestion de projet efficace. De plus, le mandat inclut la gestion des risques et opportunités, gestion de la performance, ainsi que la montée en compétence des gestionnaires de projet pour l’ensemble de l’organisation Airbus Canada (A220). L'organisation de l'équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre rôle en tant que gestionnaire de projet en gestion de risque et de performance sera de piloter l'ensemble des activités liées à la gestion des risques pour le bureau de programme. Vous contribuerez à renforcer davantage la maîtrise de la gestion des risques au sein de l'organisation. Parallèlement, vous gérerez toutes les activités relatives au reporting de la performance d'Airbus Canada et veillerez à la mise en œuvre d'améliorations continues visant à accroître la valeur ajoutée.

Responsibilities Execute the monthly / quarterly Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) governance for the programme office function by working in close collaboration with multiple risk focals to: Capture updates on risks and opportunities; Prepare and lead reviews with management team; Consolidate report for the function; Represent the Program’s function in the Airbus Canada’s transverse review with the other functions.
Lead the development and deployment of initiatives aiming to improve the risk management process within the organization; Act as a subject matter expert (SME)



for the Program function and provide coaching to other risk focals; Support teams to identify, evaluate/quantify risks impacts on multiple axes as well as to develop mitigation plans; Deliver training to various employees on risk awareness and risk management.
Accountability of developing and managing the preparation of the monthly performance cockpit (dashboard) for the A220 Executive Committee.
Leads on the behalf of the A220 the yearly review of the KPIs which are adjusted in function of the top company objectives (TCO) at Airbus Commercial level and guarantees alignment with the requirements from the overall program organization.
Responsible for establishing the monthly process requiring the collection of the data and supporting material, preparation of the overall presentation, review of the presentation package with Airbus Canada Executive Assistants prior to the official review with the entire Executive Committee.
Lead monthly performance reviews; Identify continuous improvements to further enhance the cockpit and increase its added value to the CEO to monitor the Airbus Canada A220 monthly performance.
Qualifications You have a university degree (technical or commercial).
You have over 10 years of experience in the field.
You have practical experience in risk management.
You have knowledge of Project Management and are familiar with industry’s best practices.
You have experience to define and establish key process indicators (KPI), including forward looking KPIs for anticipation.
You have valuable analytical skills and are detail oriented.
You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
You are customer service oriented.
You have strong leadership skills and you demonstrate good team spirit.
You are self‑motivated, able to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
You are bilingual (French and English).
You have knowledge of Airbus business processes (an asset).
