Reporting to the Executive Director, you are responsible for assessing residents and developing personalized care strategies. You will implement and monitor therapeutic services that promote independence in daily activities. A focus on ethical practice and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team is vital to this position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy to residents
• Develop, implement, and assess care plans tailored to individual needs
• Document all relevant therapeutic interactions and progress




• Participate in Resident Care Conferences and evaluations
• Promote an environment of comfort, safety, and respect

Requirements:
• Degree in Occupational Therapy, licensed with the provincial body
• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting desired
• Robust documentation and assessment skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Willingness to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check
