This will be a casual role in the fall, with the chance for a full time maternity leave in January. We apologize, but we are unable to sponsor international applicants at this time. Must be able to commute to our location in Richmond, BC.
Qualifications
Strong office administration skills, including scheduling, record management, and general office coordination.
Experience working with office equipment such as printers, scanners, phones, and basic troubleshooting of common issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact courteously and clearly with clients, families, and team members.
Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling systems).




comfort with social media and emerging technologies (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, CANVA, ChatGPT)
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy clinical environment.
Previous experience in a healthcare or therapy setting is an asset
High school diploma required; additional training or education in office administration or a related field is an advantage.
Must be comfortable around young children
Native/Fluent English proficiency level is required
