With a solid reputation for engineering excellence and product innovation, the company designs and manufactures advanced electronic and mechatronic systems used by customers around the world.

As part of continued growth and investment in next-generation electrification technologies, they are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on developing advanced power management, battery integration, and connected technology solutions.

The Role
This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing a team of engineers and technical support professionals while driving the development of innovative electronic and mechatronic products from concept through production.

Working closely with Product Management, Operations, Quality, Sourcing, and Sales teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for engineering execution, resource planning, technology development, product innovation, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.

Manage engineering resources, budgets, schedules, risks, and project deliverables.

Oversee new product development and product enhancement initiatives from concept through commercialization.

Drive the design, verification, testing, and regulatory compliance of products and systems.





Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure products meet customer, quality, cost, and performance requirements.

Support technology strategy, innovation roadmaps, prototyping initiatives, and intellectual property development.

Champion continuous improvement and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.

5+ years of experience in product development and/or manufacturing engineering, ideally involving electronic products.

3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.

Strong technical knowledge of power electronics, battery systems, embedded systems, and electronic product development.

Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional product development projects from concept through production.

Strong project planning, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
