CHEO, located in Ottawa, seeks a Care Facilitator to support the Kids Come First Care Clinic. The role coordinates patient care between the clinic and the Emergency Department, ensuring productive flow and high-quality care.
You will mentor nurses and clerks and participate in quality improvements. Ideal candidates hold a BScN with CNO registration, 5+ years pediatric RN experience, and strong leadership, communication and teaching skills.
