PositionDescription:
This role supports the Daycare Manager in the day-to-day operations of Daycare program. Additionally, this position is the acting Program Manager when the Daycare Manager is absent to ensure the supervision and safety practices are being followed by staff while looking after the general well-being of theprogram.Thisrolewillmentortheteamandfostertheholisticwell-beingofeachchildwhilenurturing their sense of belonging and identity within safe, healthy and responsive environments.
