Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
Develop and execute marketing strategies that support residential homebuilding and rental community initiatives.
Manage brand awareness, digital marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities across multiple channels.
Oversee community and product launches, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive marketing initiatives, events, and business growth.
Qualifications:



Proven success developing and executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth.
Experience leading and developing teams, with the ability to inspire collaboration, provide direction, and foster a high‑performance culture.
Experience leveraging CRM, marketing automation, digital advertising, and creative design tools to support marketing initiatives and business growth.
Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects, balance competing priorities, and deliver results in a quick‑paced environment.
